Located in Stanton, Tennessee, SK On Tennessee was established in May of 2026 as a stand-alone SK On company, having previously operated as joint-venture BlueOval SK since 2023.

We are now entering a period of focused growth and purposeful transformation. We can nowmove faster, make decisions more quickly, and align every investment, innovation, and operational priority around a singular vision – building world-class battery technology that powers the future of mobility and energy.

The global demand for advanced battery solutions continues to grow. From automakers to communities to consumers – we are all moving toward a more electrified future, and SK On Tennessee is positioned to play a vital role in shaping it.
