LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES

SK On Tennessee is an electric battery manufacturer based in Stanton, Tenn. Though we debuted as SK On Tennessee on May 21, 2026, we carry on the legacy of BlueOval SK, our predecessor, which began operations in July 2022. Approximately 100 BlueOval SK team members transitioned to SK On Tennessee on day one of the new company.

Though we know we have been called blue oval, our previous name only added to the confusion; we want to explain why this term is (and was) inaccurate when referencing our company or our location.
