Kristy Harris leverages over 20 years of international legal and business expertise, bringing a dynamic and insightful perspective. Having lived and worked across China, Taiwan, Singapore, and England for U.S. corporations, she now leads legal affairs at SKOT. In her role, she advises executive leadership and ensures global compliance, driving success with a seasoned and strategic approach.

Michael Adams

Chief Executive Officer

Michael Adams brings over 30 years of automotive innovation and leadership to the industry. With a proven track record of guiding global product teams at Hanon Systems and holding key roles at Halla, Visteon, and Ford, his international experience spans Germany, China, and South Korea. An Ohio State graduate, Adams is a dynamic force driving industry advancements and shaping the future of mobility.

Hyomin Lee

Chief Technology Officer

Hyomin brings deep expertise in manufacturing, engineering, and plant launches, with leadership experience across Korea, China, Hungary, and the U.S. Since joining SK Innovation in 2017, he has played a key role in launching and stabilizing major battery manufacturing operations, most recently helping establish the SK and Hyundai joint venture facility in Georgia. His proven ability to build teams, scale operations, and lead complex facility launches will be instrumental as SK On Tennessee advances its position in next-generation battery manufacturing.

Robert Lee

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Lee leads our financial teams, drawing on a strong academic background from Harvard, MIT, and McGill. With extensive leadership roles at Motional AD, Seegene, Hyundai, Fidelity, and Invesco, and international experience across the US, Korea, Hong Kong, and Canada, he drives operational excellence and sustainable growth globally.

Keli McAlister

Communications and External Affairs Director

Keli McAlister manages internal and external communications and oversees government relations. A Union University graduate, she brings experience from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Jackson-Madison County School System, and two decades in television news across Jackson, Oklahoma City, and Seattle.

Rick Klinedinst

Human Resources Director

Rick Klinedinst, a U.S. Air Force veteran with over 30 years in Human Resources, brings extensive HR and manufacturing expertise. He has worked with companies such as Navistar, Daimler, Fisker, Goodyear, and Hino, contributing his broad industry knowledge.
